THE PEOPLE YOU WORK FOR

One account, as many landlords and managers as send you work.

Requests wait for you to accept. Accept one to see that landlord's or manager's jobs, and leave any time to stop receiving them. Each one's jobs and invoices stay in their own space.

A JOB, FIRST REQUEST TO FINAL INVOICE

How a job goes.

A landlord or property manager asks to work with you. Accept, and their jobs appear.

Check the place, the quote and the time, then accept the job.

Press Start work when you are on site.

Add photos of the finished work, then mark the job complete.

The invoice they record shows in your list, with any rating they leave for you to answer.

GOOD TO KNOW

A clearer start.

Can I work with different landlords and property managers?

Yes. One vendor account works with as many landlords and property managers as you like, and you choose where to start each time.

Do I have to wait to be invited?

No. You create your own account. You see a landlord's or manager's jobs once they send you a request and you accept it.

Does Poga pay me?

No. Poga provides the tools and does not run your work or your money. Your invoices list shows what each landlord or manager has recorded against your work, and how you are paid is between you and them.

Who can see my phone number and email?

Only you, unless you add a public contact to your listing. Your account email and phone stay private.

Can I take my listing down?

Yes. Switch it off and you disappear from the vendor directory straight away. You can switch it back on whenever you like.

Is this for letting agents?

No. Vendors is for maintenance contractors and trades, not leasing.

How do I get started?

Choose your trade, create your vendor account, and complete your listing before connecting with landlords and property managers.
