The Poga platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Poga and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the platform are the property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Poga in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the platform poses a risk to Poga, our users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Poga operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
