APPLICATIONS AND SCREENING

Know who is applying before you say yes.

Renters answer your pre-screening questions first. Then you review each application, from Submitted to Approved, and send the lease to sign.

GOOD TO KNOW

A clearer start.

Is there an approval wait?

No. Create your account and go straight into your Landlord dashboard.

Can my renters pay rent through Poga?

Yes. Create a charge on a lease and your renter pays it online from their own account. You watch it move from Unpaid to Paid in Payments, where your deposits are tracked too.

How do I find renters?

Publish a vacant unit to your own website, the public marketplace, or both. Renters can ask for a tour, answer your pre-screening questions and apply, and you review everything in one place.

How do repairs work?

Requests arrive in one list. You approve the work, assign it to your own team or to a vendor, and mark it fixed when it is done. Every request shows its status.

Can I use this for short stays?

Landlord is for residential long-term rentals. Short-stay and vacation rentals are outside its current scope.

What if I manage properties for others?

Poga Pro is designed for professional property managers and their teams.

Does Poga manage my property?

No. Poga provides the tools and you run your rentals. You stay in charge of your renters, your leases and your decisions.
