Our mission
In Ghana, property management still runs on WhatsApp messages, handwritten receipts, and trust. Landlords chase tenants for proof of payment. Tenants have no structured way to pay rent in installments. And there's no single system to track leases, maintenance, or finances.
Poga exists to change that. Built in Accra, we're creating the property management platform Ghana deserves — one that covers the entire lifecycle from listing vacant units and processing applications to managing leases, collecting rent via mobile money or card, and handling maintenance.
Our approach is simple: build for every role in the organization. Property managers, leasing agents, maintenance staff, and residents all deserve tools that make their day easier. Whether you manage five units in Tema or five hundred across the country — that's what Poga delivers.
