Know who owes what, home by home.
Every home in the association is listed with its owner and the amount due. Issue a dues charge, record a payment when it comes in, or set recurring dues from the home's page. Invite an owner and they can see their own balance.

Put the question to the community. Keep the record.
Schedule a board or annual meeting with its agenda, keep the minutes, and publish them to members once they are final. Write a ballot with its options, open it for voting, close it, and see how each option did.

Follow a broken rule from first report to settled.
Report a violation against a home, send the owner a notice with a cure period, and watch the case move from Open to Notice sent to Cured. If it is not fixed, escalate it or issue a fine, then close it. Every step stays in the case's history.

Plan the year, then check it against what was spent.
Build the yearly budget line by line, activate it for the fiscal year, and compare what was budgeted with what was actually spent. Expenses and your chart of accounts sit in the same place.

Questions boards ask.
Does HOA manage rental leases?
No. HOA is built around homes that are owned and the association's members: dues, ballots, violations and community records. It has no leases or tenant applications. If you rent homes out, Poga Landlord and Poga Pro are the tools for that.
What can homeowners see?
Homeowners can currently see their statement and the violations recorded against their home. Owner-portal voting and meeting pages are not included yet.
Does Poga run our association for us?
No. Poga provides the tools and your board does the work. Poga does not manage communities, collect dues on your behalf or decide anything for you.
How does setup work?
Choose your community size, create your association account, then add your properties and members.
One calm place for everything your association does.
Sign in to your association, or tell us about your community and we will point you to the right start.
